To be honest, I was absolutely not considering coaching. Granted, things didn't quite work out the way I wanted them to. I was a little lost and scattered. But after an exchange with Oriane, it seemed obvious to me that I needed some guidance to refocus on my goals. Not only Oriane allowed me to see more clearly, to prioritize, and to do everything possible to focus on the essential. But above all, she helped me to focus on myself. As our sessions progressed, I gained self-confidence, I discovered myself and above all I was able to determine what my real goals are and how to achieve them without letting myself be parasitized by bad thoughts.
